  • A hotline accessible 24x7x365 by phone to a call center, via e-mail, or directly to the online ticket system using personalized Web access.
  • A Technical Assistance Center (TAC) with a help desk that is made up of senior technical and managerial personnel. All maintenance specialists are solution-oriented, taking personal responsibility for your satisfaction.
  • Software support and patches which enables us to aid you in resolving system problems related to software. We also periodically provide software maintenance releases.
